Definitely small and fine. Food was good, but it wasn't enough for five stars, even though it is served with love. However, I also had something extraordinary to eat. Will definitely go there again and u. U. change my rating.

I went to the half-timbered house with my wife - we both liked it very much! We would love to come back! Everything was perfect.

Excellent food accompanied by a very well-coordinated wine accompaniment. The service is very attentive and courteous but not intrusive. The ambience is very inviting and pleasant. A restaurant that can only be found once in Hanau and the surrounding area. I can definitely recommend Das Handwerk zum Fachwerk in Hanau Steinheim !!!

The conditions are super friendly, the food was brought to the table very quickly. It tastes very delicious, the only thing that should be improved is that there wasn't enough sauce with the schnitzel, I ordered an extra portion of sauce 😋. I will definitely be back !!

We have visited the place several times and we have never been disappointed. In addition to the enjoyable cuisine, excellent wines are offered. The whole thing is accompanied by a very attentive and nice but not intrusive service. The “craft for half-timbering” will also be an integral part of our culinary excursions in the future.

There were three of us yesterday. Everything tasted really excellent, you can't say otherwise. The service was very nice, very attentive, quick and unobtrusive. And the setting to have lunch in the shade of the old parish church, not everyone has that either :) The portions were definitely plentiful and also for good eaters to fill up. So a very clear recommendation and another insider tip. The Fachwerk team will definitely see us again soon!

Finally there is a lovely little restaurant in Steinheim with a small but very fine menu! Lukas and Larissa had the courage to open a restaurant during this difficult time and we think it was worth it. The food is excellent, the wines are well chosen, the prices are right and the service is very nice. It's worth a visit!

We have already been to the half-timbering trade twice, the team is super friendly and very attentive! The food is great and everyone gets their money's worth ... Vegan and vegetarian dishes can also be found here, as well as a children's menu! Our expectations were exceeded and we definitely recommend the restaurant! With us the team won regular guests !!! My wife and I accidentally discovered the craft of a half-timbered house today and decided to have dinner there. Our expectations were more than exceeded. We haven't eaten so much in a long time and experienced such great service. We were warmly welcomed and served immediately despite the store being full. It is a very charming place to be. Feel good. The owners are young and incredibly experienced. The food was really incredibly delicious ... Price performance great ... Down-to-earth, refined, high-quality food ... There are even vegan and vegetarian dishes ... Definitely 5 out of 5 stars and I add one more ... My Weien was delicious ! In any case, we will still stop there often and bring our three children with us, because they are also very welcome there ... Good luck
